My intention when i made this website was to give people into Tattoos, Piercings, Metal, Emo, Punk, EBM, Goth, etc.. a place to hang out online and meet like minded people.
We're a relatively new website, and constantly growing.
We still need more members so i would like to encourage our members to invite their 'Alternative' friends to join.
With your help we will become an established well known website.
I chose the symbol for the website logo because its a West African Symbol
'Sesa Wo Suban', meaning Change or transform your character.
And as the website tagline is 'Modify yourself to become yourself' it seemed very fitting.
If your in a band feel free to make a seperate profile for your band and add your songs and videos.
Website features for you to enjoy:
Forums - With lots of interesting subjects to comment on,
Gallerys - for you to show off your tattoos and piercings, (subscribed members are shown on the sites front page).
Customizable profiles - drag and drop the sections to where you want them, change the titles of your profile sections, Add back grounds for each section, Add videos etc
A new Footer Bar has been added to the website, you can usethis to access: Games, Searches, Twitter, Facebook, Chat,Announcements, Comments and Who's online IM
You can link your status to your 'Twitter' and update them at the same time.
Theres also Instant Messaging, Blogs, Chat Room.
Become a Real Member: You will need to supply Admin (Tainted_Zeal) with a salute pic (a pic with your face and '*your username* @Thealternativesociety or @T.A.S', wrote on a piece of paper ,or what ever you want to write it on).
Admin will then add your pic to the 'Real Members' Gallery on the front page, so other members can see you are real.
Admin will send you an approval e-mail.
Become an ' Adult Member' , this costs just £0.50 / $ 0.75.
For this you get:
Entry to the Adult forums.
You can add your Tattoos and piercings to the 'Real Member' Gallerys.
Be seen on the front page as a 'Real Member'.
Access to any up coming adult features.
What you need to become a Adult member':
